Great place!

A tiny house with the separate bedroom, loft with the bed, a nice porch and a free parking upfront. Positive: Having a separate room to sleep as my husband snores, very clean property, quiet location which is rare in Moab, very clean.

Good location, good value in Moab. Positive: Location is just a short ways out of Moab. On a quiet street. Liked the full kitchen with full-size fridge and stove. Liked the front porch area. Negative: We didn't use the loft area, but it's a little bit strange with the very low ceiling. The pillows were too tall.

Positive: Cute ,clean Negative: Beddings

Overpriced, poorly serviced Positive: There was a large refrigerator and some kitchen which would help for those who wish to stay longer. There is a free parking at the spot. Negative: No attended reception. Host would not answer any calls. Hard to find wifi pwd. The floor is dirty and sticky. Some sheets were torn. Visitors have to partially make the cleaning work. If not - 50$ fine. It says for 6 people , but only a couple would be comfortable. The upper store is actually the attic of 1m height. One should CRAWL right from stairs to the bed. Not appropriate for older/physically limited people. This is not respectful to the guest, to claim 6 people can stay there while some should go to their bed on their knees! Overall, much more expensive than cheaper motel yet offering less. Lastly, I tried to cancel and refund in order to adjust my plans to sleep in another location. I was refused, which is OK, I could do there after all. But calling me to ask if I still can cancel with no refund, so the host can accommodate someone else? Huh, dude, u was already paid for that night, now you are greedy to snatch the double payment??
